Please Note: The open enrollment period is typically held October 1-31, with all plan changes effective December 1 to coincide with the County's fiscal year. You will have ability to change your health and/or dental plans as well as enroll for flexible spending benefits during that time using our online enrollment feature. Flexible Spending Accounts elections are for calendar year expenditures with a January 1 effective date. Please watch your email and our website . . . in addition, Personal Information Statements with open enrollment literature will be mailed to your address of record (as shown on your paycheck) this fall.

Poor Risk Management Experience

I called several times attempting to get to a human being! I've left messages with no return call from anybody. I think that it is awful that I simply cannot call and get a simple question answered regarding whether we were still partnered with Aetna Insurance Company for Life Insurance. I have all my old forms, finally I called Aetna and they informed me that they no longer served our Life Insurance needs. I wanted to be sure, before I discarded my beneficiary forms. Please redo your telephone system it is unacceptible that there are no humans to answer a question.
